Contemporary Collage

I was interviewed last month for issue no. 19 of Contemporary Collage, a digital-only publication about collage. I’ve been reading CC. for a year or so now, and was somewhat thrilled when they got in touch to talk about my work.

I haven’t quite figured the way to connect my illustration work with this collage work. I’ve a few proposals i’m working on for some books, but would love to somehow connect this process with my other work as well. Maybe through book covers, or in packaging like beer or wine labels.
The magazine is available by subscription only, but if you want to read the full piece, get in touch with me.

My good friend Jonathan Barkat shot the portrait of me in my studio. This is the uncropped version in its resplendent clutter.
